David Jamieson runs the best audiovisual store that I have ever been. I am always very very happy with the technicians he sends out. They explain everything well and David also is a plethora of knowledge. I have learned not to shop around because the purchase includes years of experience and knowledge.

The level of customer service at this business is exceptional and unprecedented. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products. I drove 2 hours to purchase my very first McIntosh amplifier and it was well worth the drive. Thank you so much!

We recently had the Jamieson team install custom outdoor lighting on our patio! This is a new product for Jamieson but they installed it with their usual high degree of professionalism. Jason and his team made sure even the smallest details were covered with me to ensure we were aligned and the results are spectacular! We continue to go back to Jamieson’s for all our audio and video needs and now they are our go-to for indoor and outdoor lighting solutions as well! Great job Jamieson team!

Visited them for the first time last evening and worked with Kevin to get several new home stereo components. The store is extremely clean and well organized, and it is a very nice place to spend some time in (tons of high-end systems on display). Others have already uploaded several great pictures of their showrooms. Kevin was extremely helpful with answering questions I had, and I quickly gained complete confidence in his knowledge on all things audio. Along with that, I sensed zero upsell pressure. One does not experience this level of service/expertise on the regular, and it was very refreshing. Usually, I know exactly what I am about to buy, but in this situation I did not, and a person like Kevin is exactly what you need in that sort of situation where you need something particular and you need it asap. Everything I needed was in stock and loaded into my vehicle for me without even having to ask. While I don't expect to need any further equipment anytime soon, I know this place would be a treat to visit again and spend more time in. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-end audio/video equipment.

Incredible showroom! It's rare nowadays to see such well put together displays for home audio and theatre equipment. I love the opportunity to demo my equipment before I purchase. The salesman are always friendly and knowledgeable and their over-the-phone service is wonderful. Their installation department is always friendly and courteous as well. I'm happy to have them in my home.

Bought B&W 702 s3 speakers( love them). Kevin Ryan was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and very nice! We also dealt with the owner David Jamieson who was very nice! We had a great experience and their customer service was amazing. Thanks, Chris Spangler

Man! As a Paradigm Speaker owner Studio 20’s etc….. Holy Mother of God the Anthem Receiver I purchased completely transformed my Home Theatre. I just didn’t realize how good Arc Genesis Room Correction is. Wow. Thank you Kevin for answering my phone calls. Love my System.
